Ziegler are hand knotted carpets manufactured between 1883-1930 in the district of Arak in western Iran. The carpets that were manufactured for the Brittish company Ziegler & Co, hade Persian patterns (existing styles were often copied), pastel colours and large formats. Cotton fringes and wool weft.

CARE & MAINTENANCE
Clean the carpet with a vacuum cleaner, shake it and rotate it regularly. Immediately remove the dry stains by gently scraping towards the center of the stains. Wet stains: do not rub. Use kitchen paper to absorb and then clean with a cloth and a mild detergent.
